Our Story 

We believe buying art should be a wonderful experience and we sell an amazing, diverse range of artwork to galleries throughout the UK. Art should be for all, and as one of the leading Fine Art Publishers, established for over 35 years, we know how to excite and thrill art collectors whatever their taste or budget! 


We work with a range of distinguished, award-winning artists and distribute their original artwork to our network of galleries all over the country. As a fine art publishing company, we launch exciting new Studio and Limited Edition Collections by different artists each month and give our galleries the opportunity to display these ranges in their galleries and offer them to their clients. 

We also have a group of our own retail galleries in key locations in the UK, which will be expanded during 2022. 


The role: 

We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Executive to join their team, working closely with Area Sales Managers, gallery staff and other key stakeholders in their business. 

You do not necessarily need an Arts background, but a strong interest is certainly preferred. 


Working in a small, fun & dynamic team, your responsibilities will be very varied, so a highly organised approach is essential. Whilst admin, order processing & back-office support will be part of the role, you will be liaising with the galleries we supply, upselling, troubleshooting & satisfying their needs.   

It requires a proactive approach & a commercial mindset with regards to sales & revenue generation There will be targets to meet, but there will also be great opportunities to earn good commission/bonus as a reward! 


Role includes: 

Sales order processing. 

Account management of clients/galleries – being a key first point of contact: Problem-solving issues/enquiries, managing their expectations & upselling.  You will speak with key clients at least once a week to ensure service delivery & to upsell products where possible. 


Deliveries – ensuring these arrive in a timely fashion & troubleshooting any issues that arise.  

Updating IT systems; generating sales reports & figures on request. 

Liaising with the Area Managers & keeping them informed of any developments with gallery clients. 

Working to targets with the ability to exceed regularly and meeting strict deadlines. 


You should have: 

A Sales Support, Account Management or Sales background 

Be a highly effective, confident communicator with the ability to build long-term relationships.  

IT literacy – MS Office, databases, in-house systems.  

Upbeat, fun & proactive approach essential. 


For the right person, there is excellent scope for the role to evolve if you prove yourself.   

The salary is an overall OTE which includes a generous basic & commission  

Working hours – 9am – 5.30pm with some flexibility required.

- Previous experience with operating machinery (saw and pinner) would be desirable but is not essential however, common sense is a must!
- Hands-on workshop role
- Would be suited to a Tradesperson or general Handyman
- Good attention to detail, there is a requirement to measure accurately
- Occasional weekend work would be preferable
- Likes being part of a team, working to targets, and getting the job done!
